SUBNETWORK ANALYSER (SNPS) - SAS : Identifying a gene subnetwork based on genes linked from input SNP-level summary data

Error Messages: your input at Step 1
  • Please check your input SNP-level summary data with two columns (dbSNP rsIDs and p-values between 0 and 1); otherwise, they will be disregarded.
  • Before clicking the SUBMIT button, please paste your own data at Step 1 EVERY TIME. Note that the text box at Step 1 is pre-filled with the provided example when the interface page is first-visited or refreshed.
  • If the above issues are resolved, and you still receive the error messages, it simply means that no subnetwork has been returned.

Step 1: Paste your SNPs (1st column for dbSNP rsIDs, 2nd for the significance info; see Example Input).

Step 2: Specify which population used to define additional SNPs in linkage disequilibrium.

Step 3: Identify linked genes based on genomic proximity, promoter capture Hi-C, or quantitative trait locus.

Step 4: Choose which gene network to use.

Step 5: Identify the subnetwork with the desired number of genes.
